I love to eat. I especially love to eat healthy food, but this is a challenge for two working parents. I have been collecting my mother-in-laws recipes for 13 years and cooking quick, healthy recipes for my family and am here to share them with you. Many of the recipes are adaptations of her delicious and healthy Peruvian cuisine. All photos were taken in my kitchen. My recipes require no fancy ingredients.
I used to look online for good recipes, and inevitably they look terrific, but require exotic ingredients, take forever to make, and never come out how they look.
